    The Print and Packaging Skillnet has worked with Pathways to Success for a number of years. We had a requirement to develop a programme for experienced supervisors which would assist and encourage those supervisors to engage more in their businesses and to "see the bigger picture" as many of our clients expressed it.     The work I did with Keelin O’Reilly in the Conflict Management Process was truly remarkable.
