Keelin O'Reilly
Pathways to Success was founded by Keelin O’Reilly. Keelin has been providing Human Resource Management consultancy, training and coaching since 1999.
She believes in maximising the potential of individuals and harnessing their strengths to contribute to business development thus bringing about mutual gain.
Keelin sees effective communication and people management as vital components of employee and business development. She has been providing HR supports to a wide range of companies for several years.

Teresa Lawlor
- Teresa is a qualified Executive Coach and Trainer who designs and delivers courses to public and private sector companies.
- Teresa’s belief in the potential of every individual adds significant value to the clients she works with
- She is passionate about helping organisations to develop and empower each individual employee to achieve their maximum potential in a way that fulfils the personal goals of the individual alongside the goals of the organisation.
- She is a licensed administrator of the emotional intelligence profiling tool, the Bar On EQ.
- She is also one of two accredited Mind Gym Coaches in Ireland and is currently facilitating one of the largest Coach training courses in the country.
Mary Mustoe
Mary Mustoe is a registered Social Worker who runs her own company focusing on leadership and communication skills. She draws on over 30 years experience in Social Work and related fields. Mary has worked in a range of roles - Volunteer, Trainer, Practitioner and Middle and Senior Manager. Her work experience includes Probation, Health, Further and Higher Education and the Third/Voluntary Sector.
Mary has a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Post Graduate award in Professional Practice with Children and Families. Mary continues to develop and deliver training including risk management, leadership and management, and core skills. In addition over the last 10 years she has taken part in extensive training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Non Verbal Communication. As a qualified Coach she works with Managers, Leaders and experienced practitioners to develop their skills base. Mary brings a range and depth of varied professional experience and knowledge to her work which is valued by clients.
Simon Arthur
Simon Arthur draws on more than 25 years experience in the Commercial, Public and Third sectors to work with leaders, managers and practitioner staff to develop effective communication, team working, organisational strategy and, above all, performance. Simon’s recent work has included design and delivery of management training in areas such as effective communication and performance management, staff development and the management of risk; Myers Briggs based organisational development work; consultancy, interim roles and project management.
Simon’s qualifications include a Masters Degrees in Social Work (GSCC registered), Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner, Myers Briggs and MiRO psychometric assessment practitioner, nonverbal behaviour practitioner, trained family mediator and qualified hypno/ psychotherapist. He uses his experience, skills and commitment to his own continuing professional development to provide an innovative and outcome focussed approach to organisational and individual challenges.
